DINING

Fine dining is a mainstay activity at the Club, thanks to the creativity and excellence of chef Michael Roller and his efficient, attentive staff. Chef Roller emphasizes farm-to-table dining, patronizing local farms and varying seasonal menus based upon the best of the harvest. The traditional Thursday evening buffet, Friday and Saturday evening a la carte dining and special events are offered year-round. Parties of all sizes are accommodated in the Grill Room, Music Room, Library, Parlor and Porches for a la carte dining.
