Your wedding at the Lenox Club

A wedding is the event of a lifetime. The Lenox Club is a classic setting, with attentive service, offering all the amenities one could wish for, with a beautiful Lenox landscape as the backdrop.

The Lenox Club is a living place, full of a century of history, tradition, and experience. Generations of club members, friends and family have enjoyed the club in all seasons, and weddings have always been the high point of any year. To hold your ceremony, reception, or both at the Club is the mark of high standards. Imagine; the exchange of vows before a glowing fire in the fireplace; an afternoon toast on the veranda as music wafts out over the lush green lawn; old friends having a quiet conversation in the warm conviviality of the library while you dance the night away in the main dining room.

The staff of the Club are dedicated to your satisfaction and the success of your affair. Although The Lenox Club is private, we welcome non-member couples provided they are sponsored by a member of the Club or the Board of Governors. We hope this necessary formality does not cause any inconvenience — the Club looks forward to welcoming you and your guests on your special day. Current members are encouraged to reserve the facilities for their special events.

Intimate gathering or epic event, The Lenox Club can accommodate everyone. The Club can accommodate up to 125 seated people, and cocktail-style gatherings for up to 175, depending on the season. Smaller groups from 20 to 30 people may be seated in the more intimate settings of the Grill Room, the library, or smaller dining rooms.

A variety of menus are available. The Chef and Manager look forward to speaking with you regarding your wishes for course options. Private tastings may be arranged to aid in making decisions. If your plans call for entertainment and dancing, the spacious hardwood floor of the main dining rooms is very welcoming.

For wedding parties that are coming from out of town, the Club has nine available bedrooms. These rooms often book quickly before the summer season. Please inquire as to their availability.

The Club features a variety of spaces that can be used for entertaining. The music room, with its grand fireplace, is a favorite for receptions all year round. The Porch is beautiful in summer and early fall. For smaller gatherings or rehearsal dinners, the Grill Room can accommodate an informal cocktail party or a comfortable dinner.
